Lumos Lighting Warranty & Return Policy

Lumos Lighting Replacement Warranty:

 

·        Lumos offers a 1 Year Replacement Warranty on most Lumos product unless specified on the Lumos product. 

·        If you require a Replacement, The product will be invoiced out to you.

·        When the faulty product has been returned back to Lumos and checked by our Credit Department and the product is deemed faulty a credit note will then be issued.

·        Any claims of faulty product after 12 months of the installation date will be rejected.

·        Your claim for refund/credit or replacement will be declined until you can provide a "Proof Of Purchase Receipt".

·        It is your responsibility to provide a Proof Of Purchase to Lumos Lighting.

·        Lumos Lighting cannot retrieve your invoice for you.

 

 

Lumos Lighting In Home Warranty Conditions:

 

·        Lumos Lighting does not provide any “In Home warranty” under any circumstances.

·        Some products that do have “In Home Warranty will be advised at the time of any Quotation provided to you from Lumos Lighting.

·        In Special circumstances that in an event that Lumos Lighting agrees to provide a In Home Warranty Call the following must be supplied before any decision has been made.

·        Proof of Receipt/Purchase

·        Electricians Tax Invoice / Certificate of Safety according to Australian Standards wiring regulations.

·        What is the product in question and what is the problem with the product.

·        If Lumos Lighting Management agrees to provide a In home Warranty Call, Lumos will provide an Approval Number before any work is to be carried out.

·        If we find that the product is not faulty or we find the product has been modified, There will be a call out fee of $100+gst

·        If an In Home Warranty is organised without an Approval Number from Lumos Lighting, Any invoice Lumos Lighting  receives will be rejected immediately.

 

Lumos Lighting Return Policy

 

·        You may return an item that you bought from Lumos Lighting Australia for any reason within 7 days of receiving the item. 

·        You must provide a “Proof Of Purchase Receipt”

·        Unless the product is faulty or damaged, all returns or refunds will incur a 25% restocking fee.

·        The item must be returned in its original condition so that we can endeavour to resell it. 

·        We cannot accept returns on products that have been installed or products that are not returned in the exact condition in which they were sent out to you.

·        Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on Sale/Clearance items or items that are imported especially for you.
